Middle UI/UX Designer Offline

P2H is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team!
Currently, our team consists of 6 members: 5 Designers and 1 Project Manager.
Our design team covers a wide range of design services — from comprehensive solutions for large projects to graphic and motion design tasks for smaller initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 2+ years of commercial (non-freelance) experience in UX/UI design
• Up-to-date portfolio (showing web and mobile products)
• Experience designing with Figma and Adobe CC
• Strong visual design skills and excellent sense of typography, layout, and general design principles
• Fundamental understanding of usability principles
• Passionate, collaborative team player
• Intermediate English level or higher
• Ability to work on more than one project at a time

Your impact:

• Design and maintain high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Develop visual concepts and templates for social media campaigns and marketing assets
• Manage the full design process — from concept to final delivery
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other designers
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the team

Would be a plus:

• Experience with After Effects and Lottie
• Participation in pre-sale activities
