No-Code Analyst (Manufacturing) Offline

SYNTECH.digital specializes in business process automation solutions based on the no-code platform Creatio. We work with clients in manufacturing, finance, retail, and services, delivering flexible CRM/ERP systems tailored to specific business needs.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and hands-on experience with no-code platforms (preferably Creatio). You will be responsible for gathering requirements, modeling processes, and delivering automation solutions, including the setup of the SkyPlanner APS system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements from manufacturing clients

• Model and optimize business and production processes (BPMN, flowcharts, process maps)

• Build logic and prototypes using no-code tools (Creatio platform)

• Configure and implement SkyPlanner APS – an AI-powered advanced production scheduling system based on Arcturus optimization algorithms

• Integrate SkyPlanner APS with ERP/MES systems via REST API

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and support teams

• Prepare technical documentation (BRD, user stories)

• Conduct client demos, onboarding, and support sessions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP system implementation or configuration

• Solid understanding of core manufacturing processes (planning, inventory, quality control, logistics)

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g. Creatio, Zoho, Odoo, etc.)

• Proficient in BPMN 2.0; basic SQL knowledge is a plus

• Strong communication skills for working directly with clients

• English level: B1+ (you’ll work with international teams)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Creatio platform

• Familiarity with customers from Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine

• Understanding of MES/MRP systems

• Hands-on experience with production planning tools, especially SkyPlanner APS
