Does this relate to you?

  • 7+ years of experience in web and mobile application testing
  • 2+ years in a leadership role within QA or MQA
  • Strong expertise in manual testing principles, concepts, and methodologies
  • 3+ years of experience as an AQA
  • Experience with test documentation (test plans, STDs, test reports)
  • Understanding test automation tools and frameworks
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and risk assessment skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Upper-Intermediate English level
  • Fast-learning, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of driving quality initiatives
  • Available for occasional calls with the client between 18.00-21.00 CET

 

This is a long-term Healthcare project involving SaaS application development and maintenance. The project focuses on creating a centralized workflow for processing appointments, invoicing payers and patients, managing documentation, and facilitating medical item deliveries. The software, designed for US-based home medical equipment providers (HME) and hospitals, streamlines daily operations and enhances efficiency.

As an MQA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance process for web and mobile applications, ensuring high standards of functionality, reliability, and performance. You will lead testing efforts, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate closely with development teams to enhance product quality. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality management.


A new team member will be in charge of:

  • Lead the quality assurance team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products
  • Develop and implement effective test plans to ensure that all software products meet or exceed quality standards
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and address software defects
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics to track the effectiveness of testing efforts
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to QA team members, including coaching, training, and mentoring
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure that quality is considered in all aspects of software development
  • Work with project managers to provide accurate project status updates
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the company's software development and quality assurance processes
  • Ensure that the QA team is using the latest testing tools and methodologies
  • Oversee the scope of testing tasks to ensure alignment with project requirements
  • Manage and regulate the delivery process to maintain efficiency and quality
  • Participate in the release process to ensure smooth and timely deployments
  • Foster a strong QA culture by promoting best practices and collaboration within the team
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge base to ensure up-to-date and accessible QA documentation
