B2B SaaS Marketplace Marketing Manager Offline

We are seeking a Marketplace Marketing Manager to supercharge our presence across top B2B SaaS platforms. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our listings on major marketplaces including Monday.com, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, and Make.com, with a sharp focus on discoverability, performance analytics, and partner-driven growth.

🎯 Your Mission: Own Marketplace Success

As our Marketplace Marketing Manager, your job is to drive visibility, conversions, and partnerships across key platforms. You’ll:

📊 Optimize Listings & Performance

  • Manage and continuously improve our listings on Monday.com, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho, Zapier, and Make.

     
  • Own the copy, visuals, videos, and keyword optimization for each listing.

     
  • A/B test content and monitor listing performance to improve traffic and lead conversion.

     

🔍 Marketplace Analytics

  • Analyze each platform’s analytics dashboards to identify trends, bottlenecks, and wins.

     
  • Report on performance KPIs: impressions, conversions, install-to-activation rates, and more.

     

🤝 Partner Co-Marketing

  • Seek and propose co-marketing opportunities with each platform (newsletters, webinars, marketplace spotlight, featured listings).

     
  • Build relationships with partner marketing teams and submit our product for relevant promotions.

     

📢 Drive Reviews & Feedback

  • Build and execute campaigns to encourage user reviews and ratings on each platform.

     
  • Collect and relay qualitative insights from users for product feedback and feature prioritization.

     
  • Collaborate with the product team to align marketplace messaging with product updates and roadmap.

     

 

 

🧠 What You Bring

  • 2-3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with PLG and marketplace/channel experience.

     
  • Proven success managing listings or app integrations on B2B platforms like Zapier, Pipedrive, or HubSpot.

     
  • Strong grasp of SEO/ASO principles for marketplaces and analytical tools.

     
  • Experience with co-marketing initiatives and partner relations is a big plus.

     
  • Hands-on with analytics and automation tools like Amplitude, Customer.io, and Google Analytics.

     
  • Excellent project management and communication skills (you’ll interface with both internal teams and platform partners).
