Partners Program Moderator

To further our growth and uphold our standards of excellence, we are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and responsible Partners Program Moderator to join our dynamic team.

This role is all about systematizing processes and ensuring smooth and structured communication with our partner network.

Key skills:

• Assigning partners to the appropriate account managers
• Monitoring affiliate work with the partner database (updating contact information, cooperation statuses, etc.)
• Adding and editing manager permissions in internal systems
• Managing email communications with partners: processing incoming requests, assigning them to responsible departments, and ensuring timely responses
• Preparing reports on partner and affiliate performance
• Creating commission and partner groups

• Organizing, supporting, and monitoring commission payments to partners in line with internal company policies

   

Key Responsibilities:

• 1+ years of experience in finance-related roles and/or information collection, processing, analysis, and distribution
• A structured and organized approach to work
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail, a goal-oriented mindset, and a high sense of responsibility
• English level — Intermediate or higher
