Project manager (digital marketing) Offline

AdTribe is a performance‑marketing agency for e‑commerce brands in the US and Europe. Under our umbrella sits a second brand, Haven, a white‑label partner that provides end‑to‑end media buying for our partners. We scale businesses through Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, creative strategy, and a data‑driven approach.

 

Because our project and partner portfolio is expanding rapidly, we’re launching a brand‑new Project  Manager role—the client’s voice inside the agency and the guardian of our WOW service on the outside.

 

Key Responsibilities

Partner Communication

  • Lead regular status calls, QBRs, and ad‑hoc syncs; craft agendas and actionable follow‑ups.
  • Drive client satisfaction; proactively collect feedback and initiate improvements.

Onboarding & Kick‑off

  • Refine onboarding checklists (access, brief, KPIs, expectations).
  • Orchestrate the first 30 days to deliver the client’s “first moment of value.”

Operational Management

  •  Improving the delivery system: from client onboarding to retention.
  • Defining key processes, areas of responsibility, and alignment between roles.
  • Scaling internal operations as the number of projects grows.

Reporting & Finance

  • Ensure invoices are issued and paid on time; escalate overdue payments.
  • Monitoring project and team profitability (in collaboration with the CEO).
  • Resource planning: managing team capacity, optimizing costs, and forecasting.

Upsell & Retention

  • Identify new partner needs and propose additional services.
  • Manage churn risk: analyze root causes, build recovery plans, and run personalized retention sessions.
     

Requirements

  • 2+ years in client‑facing roles at a performance or digital agency.
  • Demonstrated success building onboarding, reporting, and payment‑control processes.
  • English level C1+ (client’s working language).
  • Power user of Asana (or similar).
  • Ability to overlap at least 3‑4 hours daily with US EST time zone.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with white‑label (B2B2C) models.
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads. previous experience (just know how it works) .
  • Solid grasp of e‑commerce metrics (MER, AOV, LTV) and marketing metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
