HRD/HR Business Partner Offline
HRD/HR Business Partner to the international product IT company with a Ukrainian core team that develops its own SaaS B2C solutions for US and Europe markets (Tier 1/2/3) due to the expanding of the team.
Company products: WEB SaaS products and utilities for social media.
HR department - HR manager, recruiter, HR assistant
The team of company - 80 people
Locations of the team - Europe/USA/Ukraine, full remote from any country/office Kyiv
Requirements:
- Experience working as an HRD or in a similar role as an HR Business Partner in the IT industry for 2+ years
- Experience in companies with up to 50 employees
- Proven track record of building an effective HR department structure and business-oriented processes (HR brand, recruitment, hiring/onboarding management, C-level training programs, etc.)
- Experience in implementing and developing L&D processes: creating systems for continuous learning, professional development, and employee retention
- Experience in developing and implementing effective KPIs for the HR department and other departments in cooperation with department heads; working with analytics and HR performance metrics
- Experience in budgeting and financial planning for the HR department: cost control and budget management
- English – B2 level
Responsibilities:
- Analysis and adjustment of the HR strategy, implementation of effective new practices, integration with the company's business goals, and adaptation to evolving business and product needs.
- Managing the HR and recruitment team, ensuring their efficiency, development, and motivation.
- Monitoring HR analytics by defining key metrics and tracking how HR performance impacts overall business results.
- Building and scaling the HR brand through internal communications, events, cultural initiatives, external content on social media, and participation in industry communities and conferences in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Planning and budget control for the HR department, HR branding, and employee development.
- Developing leadership and fostering collaboration with team leads by implementing a transparent career growth system and individual development plans.
- Analyzing team and process effectiveness through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and providing developmental feedback.
- Improving recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Developing and implementing an effective KPI, bonus, and motivation system for teams.
- Organizing internal and external events to improve communication in remote teams across different countries.
- Direct collaboration with the CEO and COO on executive-level tasks, planning, and reporting.
