We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer with strong ownership, razor-sharp attention to detail, and a deep understanding of user experience strategy. If you're someone who thrives on clarity, consistency, and beautiful design systems—and you know your way around Figma's auto-layout like a pro—we’d love to meet you.

Your Responsibilities:

As a UX/UI Designer at Suvie, you will take a leading role in shaping seamless and intuitive user experiences across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with the Product Management, Development, and Marketing teams to drive design strategy and execution. In this role, you will:

• Lead the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences from concept through execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn product requirements into clean, functional design solutions for appliance UI, brochure, web-app, mobile app, and printed materials.
• Utilize Figma (especially auto-layout) to create scalable design systems and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct UX research and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
• Oversee design implementation to ensure consistency and quality across deliverables.
• Bring clarity and structure to design processes, communication, and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve team practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure UX success metrics and use data to guide design decisions.
• Take on additional projects, tasks, and opportunities as they arise

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped products.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, including auto-layout, component libraries, and design systems.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience developing UX strategy and designing seamless, end-to-end user journeys.
• Meticulous attention to visual and interaction design details.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset.
• Strong project ownership — ability to lead design initiatives from concept to launch.

Additional Skills That Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with design handoff tools and workflows (e.g. Figma Inspect).
• Knowledge of motion design or prototyping tools such as Framer, Principle, or similar.

Logistics and Details:

This is a remote position, available as either a full-time role or on a contract basis. We're looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
