Frontend Engineer (React)

We seek a React Engineer to join the client's team.

About the project:

We’re building a high-performance analytics platform for professional sports teams. Athletes wear sensors during training sessions to collect biometric and functional data (like heart rate, speed, load), and we transform that data into powerful dashboards and actionable insights for coaches and management.

The core product is already used by top-tier football clubs. Now, we’re launching a new subproject and looking for a strong React Engineer to help shape it from the ground up.

Tech stack:

• React (deep understanding of component architecture & optimization)
• TypeScript
• Redux / Zustand / similar state management tools
• Charting libraries (Recharts, D3, etc.)
• REST APIs / WebSockets
• Testing (unit/integration)

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of commercial frontend development experience (mostly React)
• Strong technical understanding of front-end architecture and performance optimization
• Upper - Intermediate/ Fluent English — interviews will be conducted in English, including live coding tasks
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and an interest in data visualization

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React + TypeScript
• Collaborate with managers and engineers to deliver new features
• Implement and optimize data visualization dashboards for performance and clarity
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions

Assessment Process:

1. CV & Code Review — Evaluating experience and relevant projects
2. Initial Technical Interview (20 mins) — Focused on experience and background
3. Technical Assessment — Format and duration to be agreed with the client (maybe live - coding)
4. Final Interview with Client — Soft skills and cultural fit assessment
