Introduct Group is seeking a results-driven professional with a strong commitment to success to join our Tableau BI team and play a key role in delivering impactful business intelligence solutions.

As part of our BI unit, you’ll contribute to maintaining and enhancing analytical data warehouses, building insightful dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Your expertise will help shape the way the company interprets and uses data.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and optimize ETL processes and Oracle PL/SQL packages
• Design and implement data models (Data Vault, Star Schema)
• Collaborate with BI teams across the company to align on data modeling standards and best practices
   

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive and experienced BI Developer with a passion for clean, efficient data architecture
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL and data modeling techniques
• Team player with excellent collaboration skills in a distributed environment
• ​Upper-intermediate ​English
