Junior UI/UX Designer Offline

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups based on product requirements and user feedback.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate business goals into elegant design solutions.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve UI/UX designs.
• Help maintain and expand our design system and UI component library.
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
   

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in UI/UX design (freelance, internship, or full-time).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (web and/or mobile).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a passion for clean, user-friendly design.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus, but not required).
• Interest in the insurance or fintech domain is a plus.
