We are looking for a proactive and well-connected fundraising expert with a strong network in the Web3 investment space. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who thrives in building strategic investor relationships and securing high-impact partnerships.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our fast-growing Web3 incubator and drive revenue growth across our suite of products and services. If you're passionate about crypto, skilled in communicating complex ideas, and have a track record of closing high-impact deals, we’d love to meet you.
 

πŸš€ What You’ll Be Selling:
 

  • SaaS solutions tailored for Web3 projects
  • White-label solutions for faster go-to-market
  • KOL/Influencer Management packages
  • End-to-end incubation services for early-stage crypto startups

You won’t be alone β€” you’ll work closely with our Account Manager, who will support you with chat communications, follow-ups, and coordination with leads and clients.
 

βœ… Your Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Identify, engage, and close strategic deals with Web3 companies/projects, ecosystems, and partners
  • Tailor product value propositions to client needs and clearly explain complex technical offerings
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve offerings and align on client feedback
     

🧠 What We’re Looking For:
 

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in the Web3 space
  • Strong understanding of crypto technologies β€” token models, smart contracts, and user journeys
  • Ability to identify client pain points and present solutions that bring real value
  • A confident closer with strong negotiation and communication skills
    Fluent English, both written and verbal
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
