🚀 Join RiskSeal as an Account Manager!

This is a remote position. We are looking for an Account Manager to lead client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of RiskSeal’s API-based Risk Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing enterprise accounts, supporting technical integrations, and driving adoption of data-driven products in fast-paced fintech environments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and long-term satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account needs, coordinating across internal technical teams.
  • Track and analyze account performance, usage, and KPIs to identify potential issues.
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients to align on goals, performance, and future roadmap.
  • Proactively resolve issues, manage expectations, and ensure smooth delivery of services.

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales in a B2B tech/SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of technology products, APIs, or data platforms, ideally in the fintech space.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret client usage and suggest value-driving improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive and ownership-oriented attitude.
