Payment Agent Specialist (Betting) Offline

Location : Remote

We are looking for experienced Payment Agent Specialist to join our payments team and manage relationships with local banking and MobCash (mobile cash)  agents in regions. This role is essential for ensuring efficient payment operations and onboarding of new agents.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the onboarding process for new payment agents
* Day-to-day management of MobCash agents
* Ensuring successful integration into the payment methods
* Collecting, reviewing and verifying KYC and onboarding documents.
* Communicating with agents via messengers and email
* Supporting Agents with day-to-day operations and troubleshooting
* Collaborating with Risk, Support and Affiliate teams

Requirements:
* 1+year of experience in Payments or iGaming
* Understanding of P2P payment flows, mobile wallets  and agent-based payment models
* Experience with onboarding and supporting external agents
* Knowledge of KYC
* Familiarity with CRM tools

* Language Requirement: English - B2-C2
