Data Engineer (Outsourcing, Multi-Client Projects)

We're looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer to join a variety of projects in a multi-client outsourcing environment. From building brand-new data infrastructures to modernizing legacy solutions — you'll work with clients across fintech, retail, and health-tech sectors.

Each project will require fast onboarding, the ability to adapt to new technologies, and strong communication skills with stakeholders of different technical backgrounds. You'll need to thrive in a context-switching environment while maintaining high standards for quality and security.
 

 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing and optimizing data pipelines (both batch and streaming).
• Working with distributed data processing tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Implementing best practices: CI/CD, testing, documentation, observability.
• Writing clean, modular code in Python and SQL.
• Participating in client meetings, presenting solutions, and explaining trade-offs.
• Working with infrastructure in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

 Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience building data pipelines in cloud environments.
• Prior experience in a consulting or multi-project setting.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new domains, codebases, and requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proactive mindset, a drive for automation, and strong team collaboration skills.
