Web/Data Analyst iGaming

SapphireBet is an international brand offering sports betting and online casino services, currently operating in Brazil, Mexico, Chile, and India, with plans for further expansion.

We’re looking for a Web Analyst with strong experience in the gambling/betting vertical.

What we expect:

• 3+ years of experience in iGaming
• Solid understanding of gambling/betting specifics and core user segments
• Experience analyzing user behavior
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, GTM, AppsFlyer, and BI tools
• Hands-on experience with SQL: ability to extract and analyze data
• Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or other product analytics tools is a plus
• Experience working with BigQuery
• Knowledge of digital marketing fundamentals and CPA/CPL/CPI models

What you’ll do:

• Set up and maintain web analytics systems (Google Analytics, GTM, AppsFlyer, etc.)
• Collect, process, and analyze data on conversions, user flows, behavior, and key metrics
• Build and automate reports in Power BI, Google Data Studio
• Analyze marketing campaigns and assess impact on conversion and revenue
• Evaluate ad channel performance
• Build funnels, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations
• Analyze user flows and landing page performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to implement changes
• Monitor user behavior to detect anomalies and fraud
• Optimize conversions and improve UX (landing page and user experience analysis)
