Team Lead HR

An international product iGaming company โ€” one of the market leaders in online betting and gambling ๐ŸŽฐ in the Indian region โ€” is expanding its team!

Operating under a Curacao licence, the company delivers cutting-edge sportsbook and casino solutions.

We are now looking for an experienced Team Lead HR to strengthen and scale our people operations. You will manage the HR team, drive strategic initiatives, improve processes, and build a strong internal culture.
 

What you'll do:

  • Leading and developing the HR team (currently 5โ€“7 people, with further team growth expected);
  • Acting as a communication bridge between HR and management;
  • HR budgeting, planning, and reporting;
  • Driving the implementation of new HR initiatives, while maintaining, monitoring, and improving existing processes;
  • Supporting operational HR workflows and reviving stalled initiatives โ€” assessing whether to launch, pivot, or discontinue;
  • Active participation in performance review cycles, grading frameworks, and related HR programs;
  • Involvement in both building processes from scratch and optimizing current ones, depending on business needs.
     

What we expect:

  • 5+ years in HR roles (BP, Manager, Generalist);
  • 2+ years in a lead/head/HR BP role;
  • Experience in companies with 300+ employees;
  • Strong communication, strategic mindset, proactivity;
  • Proven experience managing large teams and coordinating cross-functional collaboration;
  • Strong track record of handling complex cases โ€” both in people management and process optimization;
  • Hands-on experience in implementing new HR processes, initiatives, or policies;
  • Proficiency in working with HR analytics and key metrics;
  • Experience with HR process automation or involvement in digital transformation projects is a strong plus;
  • English โ€“ Upper Intermediate+.

     

Nice to have:

  • Experience in iGaming / betting;
  • Familiarity with regulated markets and remote team dynamics.
