Position Overview
We’re seeking a talented UX Designer / Product Manager to lead the design and optimization of our fintech and cybersecurity products. This role emphasizes user experience, product flow, and visual clarity, driving the success of our innovative platforms.

What You’ll Work On

• UEX App: A sleek, scalable crypto exchange and wallet platform prioritizing simplicity.
• VPN Products: Security-focused VPN solutions with an emphasis on speed and transparency.
• Web Applications: Tools for staking, trading, and secure transactions.
• Admin Dashboards: Internal systems for user management, analytics, and operations.
• Landing Pages & Marketing Sites: Optimizing user acquisition and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final execution.
• Collaborate with product and dev teams to plan, test, and iterate features.
• Design clean, conversion-driven interfaces for crypto and VPN services.
• Present ideas and designs clearly to leadership and developers.
• Analyze user behavior to optimize flows for engagement, retention, and growth.
• Evolve brand identity and UX standards across all products.

Requirements

• 3+ years in UX/UI design and/or product management.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchange interfaces, wallet interactions, and VPN user expectations.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced startup.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and product thinking.
• Experience designing for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web3 or DeFi platforms.
• Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
• Familiarity with analytics and A/B testing tools.
