HR Manager Offline

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic HR Manager to own and optimize the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding to offboarding. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-focused, and passionate about building a healthy, connected team culture. Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the onboarding process for all new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the teams.
  • Manage the adaptation process to help new team members quickly become productive and feel at home.
  • Ensure all employment-related processes (onboarding, contract updates, probation reviews, terminations, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.
  • Own HR analytics: track and analyze key HR metrics (trial success, engagement, turnover, etc.) to support data-driven decisions.
  • Plan and manage corporate events, celebrations, and company gift initiatives that reflect our culture and values.
  • Conduct thorough and respectful exit interviews, collect feedback, and suggest actionable improvements directly to Managers.
  • Act as the guardian of team spirit — help maintain a positive, connected, and motivated company culture.

 

Professional Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably focusing on people operations, onboarding, or HR coordination.
  • Experience organizing events and managing internal communications.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
  • English at least B2; Ukrainian native speaker.
  • Proficiency in working with spreadsheets, Google tools, SD, and communication platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Friendly, proactive, and passionate about building great workplace experiences.
  • Interest in human psychology (degree in psychology or student of psychotherapy programs) would be a great advantage.


Having one of the following educational backgrounds would be a strong advantage:

  • Studying at the Gestalt Institute
  • Positive Psychotherapy training
  • Psychoanalysis training
  • Existential Analysis training
  • Transactional Analysis training
  • A degree in Psychology or Sociology
