Middle Project Manager Offline
The company operates in the field of digital marketing and Google Ads products. It develops and provides specialized solutions for affiliates, including access to Google Ads accounts, insider tools and services, support and guidance for Google Ads products, and assistance and consulting for traffic teams. Additionally, the company is working on structuring and developing its own internal products.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Control
• Defining goals and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and the team.
• Creating project budgets and roadmaps.
• Estimating workload, setting deadlines, creating timelines, and allocating tasks.
• Managing the backlog, setting and monitoring priorities.
• Maintaining dashboards, regularly updating documentation and reporting.
• Monitoring task progress, project stages, and sprints (Scrum/Agile).
• Managing risks (technical, time-related, financial, staffing).
• Recording decisions and controlling changes within projects.
Team Management
• Assigning tasks via task managers and monitoring their completion.
• Coordinating the work of the team and contractors, conducting regular status meetings.
• Maintaining internal documentation (plans, meeting minutes, reports).
• Setting individual goals (OKRs, KPIs) and conducting regular performance reviews and one-on-one meetings.
• Supporting professional growth and development of team members (training, feedback).
• Ensuring transparent and regular communication with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Managing expectations and resolving conflicts arising during project execution.
Processes and Efficiency
• Implementing, optimizing, and automating workflows (SOPs).
• Creating and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base and internal documentation.
• Optimizing operational processes (procurement, sales, client management).
• Regularly analyzing and optimizing performance indicators (KPIs, ROI, financial metrics).
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of project management experience.
- Experience in marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Focus on finding solutions rather than problems.
- Persistence and ability to drive results from the team.
- Proactiveness (willingness to take initiative without waiting for problems to arise).
High level of organization and strong administrative skills.
Will be a plus
- Experience working with affiliate teams.
- Experience with Notion and CRM systems (especially KiseCRM).
