We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our team! We hope to see you at the interview, but let’s ensure we are a good match first.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters using Helm and FluxCD for configuration and release management.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning with tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
  • Maintain and scale infrastructure across cloud providers (AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, etc.).
  • Set up and manage monitoring and logging using Prometheus, Loki, ELK Stack, Grafana.
  • Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in incident response and implement High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) practices.
  • Document infrastructure changes and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Container Orchestration: Experience with Helm, FluxCD, Kubernetes (for managing and deploying containerized applications).
  • CI/CD & GitOps: Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD (for automating deployment pipelines and GitOps workflows).
  • Containerization: Proficiency in Docker (for containerizing applications) and Kubernetes (for container orchestration and management).
  • Cloud Providers: Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner Cloud, or other cloud platforms.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expertise in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for automating infrastructure deployment.
  • Monitoring & Logging: Experience with Prometheus-Stack, Loki, ELK-Stack, or other tools for monitoring, logging, and observability.
  • Linux Systems: Proficiency with Linux distributions such as Debian, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar.
  • Databases: Experience with relational databases like MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or other database management systems.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with highly loaded projects and large-scale distributed systems.
  • Experience setting up High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) for mission-critical applications.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Kafka, and Data Pipelines (for real-time processing and analytics).
  • Cloud resource optimization and cost management (e.g., cost-saving strategies in AWS, DigitalOcean, etc).
  • Familiarity with security tools like Keycloak (IAM) and HashiCorp Vault (secret management).

A trial period for this position is 3 months, during which we will get used to working together.
