Strong Middle QA Engineer – AI-Powered Neobanking Product

We are looking for a Strong Middle QA Engineer (Manual) to join our team and help ensure the quality of an innovative AI-powered neobanking platform. In this role, you will test both traditional banking functionality and AI-driven features, working closely with developers, product managers, and QA automation engineers to deliver a secure, reliable, and seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive manual testing of web applications, APIs, and backend services.
• Validate AI-powered features and workflows, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Test core neobanking functionality, including user onboarding, payments, transactions, accounts, cards, and financial operations.
• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end test scenarios.
• Perform API testing and validate integrations with internal and third-party services.
• Identify, document, and track defects while collaborating with development and product teams.
• Work with AI-assisted QA tools to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release validation.

• Contribute to improving QA processes and maintaining high product quality standards.

   

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer.
• Strong experience in API testing and backend validation.
• Experience testing complex web applications and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflows (e.g., AI assistants for testing, test generation, or productivity).
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and client-server architecture.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, or similar API testing tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ownership mindset.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

   

Nice to Have

• Experience testing FinTech, banking, payment, or neobanking products.
• Familiarity with authentication and security concepts (OAuth, JWT, MFA).
• Experience working alongside QA Automation engineers.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.

• Understanding of CI/CD processes.
