Senior Python Developer

Your Key Duties:
 

• Produce clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Write scalable Python code with comprehensive unit tests, error handling, and logging
• Design and develop backend services and APIs
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries on PostgreSQL
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot to ensure service reliability and high availability
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across multiple systems and technologies
• Propose and implement technical improvements at both architectural and code levels
• Foster an innovative and collaborative engineering team culture
• Continuously seek and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
• Participate in grooming, demos, and other Scrum/Kanban activities.

Your skills:
 

• 3+ years as a Python backend developer
• Proficiency in multi-threading and asynchronous software development
• Solid understanding of network principles (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL)
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with infrastructure principles, AWS and Google Cloud
• Proficiency with Git
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Fluent in Ukrainian

Will be a plus:
 

• Experience with FastAPI
• Knowledge of Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies
• Background in the FinTech sector
• Skills in Telegram bot development
