Responsibilities:

  • Manage major clients and high rollers: provide personalized support to top players, monitor their activity, enhance loyalty, and ensure long-term retention.
  • Handle big winners and balance players: communicate with major winners, prevent full balance withdrawals, and encourage continued activity.
  • Reactivate inactive VIP players: develop and implement strategies to bring players back through personalized offers, exclusive bonuses, and premium services.
  • Manage bonus allocation: create individual bonus campaigns and exclusive offers to motivate VIP players to stay engaged.
  • Analyze key metrics: work with GGR, NGR, retention rates, churn reasons, and factors impacting customer lifetime value and overall profitability.
  • Retain clients considering account closure: identify reasons for potential churn and apply effective strategies to convert negative experiences into positive ones.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the iGaming industry: player psychology, bonus mechanics, market trends, and competitive strategies.
  • Handle negotiations and conflict resolution: maintain diplomacy, resilience, and confidence in communication with VIP clients.
