Business Analyst Offline

We are looking for a results-driven and motivated Business Analyst to join our team full-time in Ukraine. You will be a bridge the gap between the business and development teams — helping take our product to the next level.

About us: Our product is one of the most comprehensive fleet management systems available on the market, whether you are looking for live information or need to retrospectively analyse your asset performance. Our software offers full visibility, traceability and cost control, from planned maintenance and defect reporting; stock control and purchasing; safety and compliance. Vital information can be accessed in real-time at the touch of a button.

Project technologies

Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Java, React, Typescript, SQL, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Docker, AWS

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• Higher education (in IT, economics, business, or a related field);
• English level B2 or higher — both spoken and written (you’ll work with international clients and documentation);
• Experience in writing requirements, specifications, functional use cases, and user stories.

Preferred domain experience in:
• Automotive / Transport & Logistics
• ERP systems
• CRM solutions
• B2B E-Commerce
• Other complex enterprise platforms

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Working knowledge of BPMN for business process modeling;
• Experience with Product Canvas, impact mapping, and user story mapping;
• Understanding of Agile / Scrum principles and working in a cross-functional team;
• Strong facilitation, analytical thinking, and information structuring skills.
