Marketing Specialist – DNA Testing Startup to $2000 Offline

We are a startup launching an innovative DNA testing product for the Ukrainian market. Our mission is to empower people with personalized insights into their health and well-being through cutting-edge genetic testing.

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our core team and drive our marketing efforts from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in cooperation with the other team
• Build and manage marketing channels from scratch.
• Launch and optimize PPC advertising campaigns.
• Work on marketing materials such as landing pages and creatives.
• Support basic management of social media presence.
• Collaborate closely with the team to shape the brand’s voice and positioning.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing (preferably in startups, healthcare, or tech sectors).
• Proven experience in PPC campaign management (Meta Ads).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and growth strategies.
• Hands-on experience with landing page creation, ad creatives, and basic social media management.
• Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Influencer Marketing or video content marketing would be a plus
