UI UX Designer
About Us:
We are developing web portals for Pharma company.
We’re looking for a talented Part-Time UX/UI Designer (5 hours per day) to join our remote cross-functional team. You will be collaborating closely with a developer, project manager, and product owner to continuously enhance our platform’s user experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify & Solve UX Issues: Proactively identify usability and design issues in our existing platform and propose effective UI/UX solutions to improve user satisfaction.
- Design New Features: Work with the team to conceptualize and design new features and enhancements. Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma that clearly illustrate your ideas.
- Collaborative Development: Collaborate closely with the developer from concept through implementation. Communicate design rationale, iterate on feedback, and ensure the final output delivers a high-quality user experience.
- Maintain Consistency: Uphold and evolve our design system and style guidelines to maintain visual and functional consistency across the platform. Ensure that all UI elements and interactions align with a cohesive brand and user experience.
- User-Centric Improvements: Incorporate user feedback, analytics, and best practices into your design process. Continuously refine designs based on real user behavior and feedback to meet user needs and business goals.
- Accessibility & Quality: Ensure all designs follow UX/UI best practices and accessibility standards. Pay attention to details like typography, color, and spacing so that the interface is both beautiful and easy to use for all users.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in UX/UI design (3+ years preferred) with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile design projects.
- Design Skills: Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for layout, typography, and color. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics.
- Figma Proficiency: Highly proficient with Figma for designing interfaces and creating prototypes. Ability to efficiently use Figma components, libraries, and collaboration features.
- User Experience Knowledge: Strong grasp of UX best practices, including creating intuitive navigation, simplifying user flows, and reducing friction points. Experience conducting or interpreting user research and feedback is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous about maintaining consistency in design elements and following a design system. Able to spot and fix UI inconsistencies or UX pain points proactively.
- Communication: Advanced/Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are required.
- Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with developers and product stakeholders to balance aesthetic, usability, and technical considerations.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your time in a part-time remote role. Proactive and self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset.
Bonus Points: Experience in designing for healthcare or other highly regulated/complex domains, and knowledge of accessibility/usability standards specific to healthcare, will be an advantage (but not mandatory).
