Junior Finance Operations Analyst Offline

We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Finance & Operations Analyst to join our growing project team. This is a hands-on role where your input will directly impact the development and success of the project. If you are financially literate, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership—we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
-Financial Planning & Control:

-Monitor project cash flow, income, and expenses, with a focus on specific categories of counterparties.

-Assist in forecasting and budget tracking.

Reporting:

-Prepare regular reports on PSP performance, financial position, income and expenses, and other performance indicators.

-Provide insights and summaries for internal decision-making.

KPI Monitoring:

-Track team members’ KPI completion.

-Calculate incentive-based compensation.

-Treasury Operations & Reconciliations:

-Execute basic treasury tasks and maintain reconciliations with counterparties.

-Support with economic and financial matters related to the project.

Ad-Hoc Requests:

-Take ownership of one-off tasks and problem-solving initiatives as they arise.

-Some education in finance, economics, or accounting (degree or ongoing studies).

Nice to Have (but not required):
Basic experience with Excel/Google Sheets.

Familiarity with financial reporting or working with PSPs or payment data.

Prior internship or junior-level experience in finance, operations, or analytics.
