Local Sales Manager – Miami On-Site

About Us

Mr. Glazier is a leader in high-end commercial and residential glass, windows, and doors in New York City. With a strong reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and customer service, we are expanding our local sales team and looking for a Local Sales Manager to strengthen our market presence.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and property managers.
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our premium glazing products, including Marvin, Loewen, and Woodsky.
• Generate leads through networking, trade shows, cold calling, and warm leads.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements.
• Provide sales reports and forecasts to track progress and sales performance.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven sales experience in construction, glazing, or real estate.
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills – You know how to sell and build trust!
✔ Architectural glazing or commercial glass product knowledge (preferred).
✔ CRM expertise – Experience with Monday, Salesforce, or HubSpot is a plus.
✔ Independent & proactive – You take initiative and get results.
✔ AIA membership (a bonus, but not required).
