Senior Account Manager
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to build and maintain trusted relationships with our enterprise clients.
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to your accounts—deeply understanding their business needs and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Your primary focus will be account development, upselling, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
⭐Role Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with enterprise clients.
- Understand clients’ business goals, technology landscape, and growth plans to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively drive account expansion by proposing relevant IT services and solutions that align with client needs.
- Monitor account health, client satisfaction, and delivery performance; resolve any issues or escalations in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, strategic goals, and potential new initiatives.
Own revenue targets and be accountable for growing accounts through upsell strategies and commercial planning.
📍Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management in the IT industry, with a strong focus on enterprise-level clients;
- Proven track record of successfully upselling and growing enterprise accounts;
- An experience working in IT outsourcing;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
- Business acumen and ability to link IT solutions with client ROI and strategic goals;
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder relationships across different departments and time zones;
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
