Marketing Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to run complex projects in the gambling industry. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will play a crucial role in coordinating the creative team, managing stakeholders, and driving the successful development of innovative gambling products. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across the gambling product portfolio.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensure efficient allocation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including plans, reports, and post-mortem analyses.
- Report on project progress, performance metrics, and key milestones to leadership.
Key skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex projects from initiation to delivery.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, and Confluence.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing and payments.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken.
Would be a plus
- Experience working with a design team.
