MS Dynamics Finance and Operations Administrator

Looking for skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Administrator, who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the F&O system, providing user support and training, configuring the system, analyzing and developing/implementing change requests.

Full-time and long term. Working in CET timezone.

 


Key functions:

  • System Administration:
    • Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
    • oversee regular system upgrades.
    • manage users and permissions
  • User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support to users, resolving issues promptly.
    • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
    • Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • System Configuration:
    • Configure system settings to meet business requirements.
    • Customize workflows, forms, and reports.(subjected to a change management process)
    • Implement and manage integrations with other systems. (respond to and manage alerts and errors)
  • Change Requests Analysis and Development: (subjected to a change management process)
    • Analyze business requirements and translate them into system changes.
    • Develop and test new functionalities and enhancements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes meet business needs.

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules and functionalities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes.
