MS Dynamics Finance and Operations Administrator
Looking for skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Administrator, who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the F&O system, providing user support and training, configuring the system, analyzing and developing/implementing change requests.
Full-time and long term. Working in CET timezone.
Key functions:
- System Administration:
- Manage and maintain the Dynamics 365 F&O environment.
- oversee regular system upgrades.
- manage users and permissions
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to users, resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing users.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- System Configuration:
- Configure system settings to meet business requirements.
- Customize workflows, forms, and reports.(subjected to a change management process)
- Implement and manage integrations with other systems. (respond to and manage alerts and errors)
- Change Requests Analysis and Development: (subjected to a change management process)
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system changes.
- Develop and test new functionalities and enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure changes meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O modules and functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and training skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Power BI and other reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business processes.
