We are looking for a professional Talent Sourcer — the detective behind every great hire. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier candidates who align with our company’s values and goals. From sourcing strategies to first contact, you will be the driving force behind building strong talent pipelines. Your skills in research, communication, and intuition will play a critical role in connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience as a Sourcer/Researcher/Recruiter or similar role;
• Experience with non-tech vacancies Legal, Finance, HR, Recruitment, Business Development, L&D, C&B, IT, Event, etc;
• Understanding of candidate sourcing principles and recruitment process;
• Understanding of job market trends;
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment & big team, and on multiple vacancies simultaneously;
• Attention to details, communication and time-management skills;
• Result orientation and desire to learn.
Responsibilities:
• Searching for passive candidates using various sources, including LinkedIn, Google search, ATS, and other tools;
• Coordinate vacancy postings via different job boards;
• Contacting potential candidates through different channels;
• Maintaining of talent database — review applicants from corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, keeping information up to date;
• Development of a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations;
• Creating talent pipelines for future needs;
• Work with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS);
• Cooperate with Recruiters to build a correct sourcing strategy for finding candidates;
• Scheduling an all initial interview with external candidates for recruiters;
• Development of professional networks, promotion of the company’s brand, and analysis of market information;
• Participation in other projects that affect hiring efficiency;
• Keeping track of sourcing metrics and reporting on progress;
• Conducting an initial interview for candidates (up to Middle level, optionally);
• Creating an offer template for candidates (based on information from recruiters);
• Creating a Jira profile for finalists — sending candidates on Security Check (polygraph and standard), and Psychology Check where needed;
• Ensure accurate filling of Jira, ATS and recruitment dashboard documents. Monitor that job openings timely transition through necessary status stages.
