Project Manager/ BA Offline

ImproveIT Solutions is looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team and lead diverse outsourcing projects. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, effective communication between international clients and development teams, and clear articulation of both business and technical requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

 • 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management (preferably in outsourcing or outstaffing models)

 • 1.5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including involvement in discovery phases and change management during development

 • Experience participating in presales activities and discovery workshops, conducting business needs analysis

 • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and ability to structure project processes accordingly

 • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and keep teams focused

 • High-level English (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced) -  good in communication, documentation, and client negotiations

 • Proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, decision-making abilities, and a problem-solving mindset

Key Responsibilities:

 • End-to-end project management: planning, task setting, controlling deadlines and delivery outcomes

 • Client communication: discussing requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating timelines, aligning expectations, managing invoicing

 • Requirement gathering and analysis: preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, diagrams (BPMN, user flows), and technical documentation

 • Facilitating regular team meetings: stand-ups, grooming sessions, demos, retrospectives

 • Prioritizing tasks with stakeholders, focusing on MVP and roadmap planning, managing scope creep

 • Risk assessment, resource coordination, and fast adaptation to changes

 • Translating complex technical ideas into clear business language - and vice versa
