A boutique interior design studio specializing in large-scale work environments and retail spaces, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant / Office Manager to support their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and help build and maintain a business database

Manage and update CRM systems

Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items

Provide general administrative and organizational support

Assist with social media and basic marketing tasks

Work with AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiency

Communicate fluently in both English and Hebrew

 

Requirements:

Experience in administrative or marketing support roles

Strong organizational, tech-savvy, and communication skills

Proficiency in CRM platforms and social media tools

Comfortable working with AI-based tools and digital workflows

Independent, reliable, and resourceful
