Affiliate Marketing Manager

🚀 About the Role

We’re expanding our partner ecosystem and looking for a strategic, energetic, and hands-on Affiliate Marketing Manager to drive and scale revenue through affiliate and agency relationships.
You’ll own the full affiliate program lifecycle — from strategy to activation — helping us grow our reach across content creators, influencers, and industry partners.

 

💼 Responsibilities

  • Build and manage iSpeedToLead’s affiliate program, attracting and activating sales partners, creators, and referral networks.
  • Develop and grow partnerships with real estate influencers on a revenue-share basis.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership to align affiliate initiatives with business goals.
  • Analyze performance data and optimize engagement strategies to improve ROI and partner productivity.
  • Design scalable systems and playbooks to support long-term affiliate and partnership growth.

     

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or affiliate marketing — ideally in real estate, SaaS, or growth-stage startups.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, activating, and scaling affiliate networks or partner programs.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English C1+).
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment.
