Print/ Static Media Designer Offline

📍 Remote or On-Site | 📆 Full-time 

A growing marketing agency is looking for a Print / Static Media Designer (m/f/d) to support both internal and client projects. The role involves creating high-quality visual assets for print and digital use, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with various teams to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities
🎨 Presentation & Document Design
     * Designing and optimizing Google Slides, Docs, and Spreadsheets
     * Creating branded templates for internal and client use
📏 Print & Branding Design
     * Creating print materials such as business cards, flyers, roll-up banners, trade show booths, magazines, brochures, etc.
     * Developing mockups based on client requests
     * Enhancing and optimizing existing corporate identities
🖌 Custom Graphics & Illustrations
     * Designing icons, illustrations, and unique graphics for both print and digital use
     * Occasionally creating basic logo drafts/concepts
🤝 Collaboration & Coordination
     * Working closely with the web design team using Figma
     * Managing tasks via Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools
     * Communicating with clients or Project Manager to refine and improve design

Requirements:

✅ Experience in Print & Graphic Design
     * Strong skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
     * Understanding of print production and file preparation for printi
✅ Proficiency in Digital Too
     * Familiarity with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets)
     * Experience in Figma for collaborating with web designers
     * Comfortable working with Asana, ClickUp, or other project management tools
✅ Creative & Design Expertise
     * A strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and modern design trends
     * Experience in corporate identity development and optimization
     * Ability to translate client requirements into visually compelling designs
✅ Independent & Structured Work Style
     * Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects at once
     * Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset
     * Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client interactions
     * Mandatory: English Level C1 or C2 is minimum requirement
