Internal Recruitment Specialist Offline

An Internal Recruitment Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition Group (external recruiters) in end-to-end internal recruitment activities, from pre-sales support to onboarding, ensuring efficient and compliant practices. The role also supports the growth of GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, by finding top talent internally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Recruiting or Resourcing (preferable)
- Experience within the IT industry (preferably software development) and IT market intelligence
- Knowledge of the complete recruiting cycle and processes
- Sourcing and interviewing skills
- Advanced English (spoken and business writing)
- Experience building partnership relationships with candidates
- Experience with reports, spreadsheets and databases
- Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Drive, flexibility and a sense of humor:)
Responsibilities:
- Screen profiles to assess internal candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience, ensuring they correspond to the vacancy requirements.
- Provide internal candidates with an overview of the project/vacancy, highlighting key selling points.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, candidates and clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
- Provide feedback to internal candidates
- Support the fulfilment process
- Fill in the reports and database
