Business Development Manager(Fintech SaaS project)

Our team is growing fast and seeking a Business Development Manager to join us in building the next generation of digital solutions.

Our dream candidate has:

• 5+ years of experience in Fintech SaaS sales or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving new business.
• Demonstrated experience in the EU market and understanding of local market dynamics in Fintech SaaS, marketing technology, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and leverage CRM tools to track and optimize sales efforts.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to solution selling.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with email marketing or marketing automation platforms is a plus.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead Generation: Independently source and qualify leads, prioritizing opportunities in international markets. Market focus will be strategically defined and phased to target key regions effectively. The candidate is expected to propose innovative ideas and creative approaches to initiate engagement with prospective clients.
• Sales Outreach: Employ a variety of targeted outreach methods, including cold emails, calls, and additional tactics, to effectively engage potential clients and drive their interest.
• Solution Demonstration: Effectively showcase and demo our platform to prospects, highlighting its unique value propositions.
• Sales Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
• Pipeline Management: Manage a sales pipeline to meet individually set quarterly and annual sales targets and individual KPIs.
