UX/UI Designer Offline

About SolidWay:

SolidWay is a B2B company specializing in the development of web and mobile applications, software, websites, and Telegram bots. We work with both direct clients and through leading freelance platforms. Our services span across tech, finance, healthcare, and other industries. We create solutions that truly deliver value — thanks to thorough analysis, transparent collaboration, and modern design.
About the Position:

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to help create modern, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces for web and mobile apps. You'll work closely with product and tech teams, influence product vision and logic, and contribute to bringing new solutions to market.

Responsibilities:

  • Full design cycle: from analysis and wireframes to UI mockups and handoff
  • Preparing and maintaining design systems
  • Designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile apps
  • Working with interactive prototypes (Figma)
  • Participating in workshops and discussions with clients, developers, and analysts
  • Supporting projects after release: UI improvements, implementation validation
  • Preparing UI kits and documentation for developers

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial experience in UX/UI
  • Proficient in Figma (components, auto-layouts, prototypes)
  • Ability to design responsive interfaces (desktop, tablet, mobile)
  • Understanding UX design principles, user flow, accessibility
  • Experience with design systems
  • Basic understanding of front-end development principles
  • Ability to confidently present and defend your design decisions to the team or clients
  • English level B1–B2 or higher (reading technical documentation, client communication)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience designing products from scratch (0 → MVP → release)
  • Experience in IT outsourcing or startups
  • Skills in creating landing pages or marketing materials
  • Basic UX research skills (interviews, analytics, testing)

We Offer:

  • Work on diverse projects in a stable company
  • Real influence on the final look and usability of products
  • Constant collaboration with the dev team — not just “handing over mockups”
  • Flexible schedule and fully remote work possible
  • Support system, knowledge sharing, and skill development within the team
