Tech Lead / Nest.js / Node.js - 3 YOE to $3000

We’re looking for a talented person to join our Development team. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, with the main one being tech lead for back-end development using Nest.js (Node.js).

You will work closely with developers, designer, QA, and PM.

About you

At least 3 years of professional experience in Nest.js (Node.js).

Experience in teams of 2-7 people.

Strong understanding of project development life-cycle.

Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum.

Level of English — pre-intermediate.

Hard Skills 

- TypeScript

- Understanding of principles of Functional Programming (FP) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

- Dependency Injection (DI)

- Difference between SQL and NoSQL

- Writing clean, scalable code

- Experience with CI/CD

- Basic understanding of web security principles (OAuth, JWT, CORS)

Would Be a Plus:

- Jest

- AWS Lambda

- AWS SQS

- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

- Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the development team and customers.

Conduct research: user, products, tools (3rd parties); Analyze competitors and follow best practices of the product.

Set up and lead daily / weekly meetings.

Be responsible for the result.

Create user stories and keep project documentation updated.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products are always at the cutting edge of features and design.
