We’re looking for a highly collaborative and proactive individual to join our team in an Inventory Specialist role. This person should thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be eager to jump into conversations, spot issues, double-check details, ability to connect the dots and share ideas openly with the team.
While this role does involve working with data and generating reports, it's not a heads-down, solo role. The ideal candidate will enjoy using analytical skills and attention to detail to support decision-making, but they’ll also shine when working cross-functionally, communicating clearly, and bringing a team-first attitude to the table. They should approach challenges with a logical, solutions-driven mindset, always aiming to achieve results efficiently and in a way that directly supports the company’s growth.

Qualifications:
📦You have proven experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics roles - at least 2 years;
🎯Your attention to detail is beyond all expectations;
📊You have analytical and quantitative skills as well as extensive knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;
🖥️Tech-friendly and quick to pick up new tools as needed;
🗣️You have excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
🔄You can manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment;
🌙Ability to work in the evenings (when needed);
📚Upper-intermediate English;
🕑Located in CET timezone +/-2h.
Would be a plus:
🛒Experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
Key Responsibilities:
📦Inventory Management:
• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring data accuracy and availability;
• Monitor and address discrepancies or issues in inventory numbers;
• Develop and execute shipment planning and allocation strategies to optimize stock levels and distribution for products at all warehouses, and avoid stockouts;
• Collaboration with Shipment Specialist to ensure timely and accurate product distribution, align shipment plans with inventory levels;
• Coordinate with Amazon support to address and resolve inventory discrepancies;
• Manage Amazon inventory health by resolving issues related to unfulfillable and stranded inventory, as well as overseeing removal orders;
• Get inventory prepared for shipment in case promotions, etc (request to pack with flyer and pill box);
🏷️Label Management:
• Manage the end-to-end process of ordering, producing, and distributing product labels;
• Collaborate with the Procurement Specialist to align label orders with production timelines and shipping schedules;
• Oversee the invoicing process for labels, ensuring accurate billing and timely payments;
• Maintain up-to-date label inventory to support uninterrupted operations;
📊Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate and maintain detailed monthly inventory reports to ensure accuracy and transparency across operations.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management, warehousing expenses, shipping costs, label pricing, and overall operational efficiency to support data-driven decision-making.
📜Other responsibilities:
• Negotiate pricing for company projects, such as kitting and bundling initiatives, to ensure cost-effective inventory solutions;
• Manage and negotiate warehouse service & price Agreements, ensuring optimal terms for storage, handling, and logistics support;
• Flexibility to take on additional duties as business priorities evolve.
