Marketing Manager

We’re a growing construction company based in US, looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and scale our marketing efforts across digital and offline channels. If you're passionate about lead generation, performance marketing, and know how to turn clicks into contracts — we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Yelp
- Work with Google Maps, Local SEO, and review platforms (e.g., Google My Business, Yelp)
- Manage and grow our online presence across all relevant platforms
- Oversee and improve organic search performance (SEO), including keyword rankings and website traffic
- Develop and run email marketing campaigns – promotions, follow-ups, newsletters, etc.
- Support direct mail campaigns and track offline engagement
- Create and manage landing pages and marketing sections of the website
- Ensure leads from all sources are correctly captured and synced with our CRM system
- Regularly report on campaign performance, lead quality, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in construction, home services, or B2C
-Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and local search optimization
- Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
- Comfortable working with landing page builders or CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Tilda)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with marketing dashboards and spreadsheets
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a drive to constantly improve performance
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in the construction or real estate industry
- Familiarity with offline marketing strategies, like mailers or local events
- Basic copywriting or content creation skills
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like PipeDrive, HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce
