LeadGen/Growth Specialist

Are you passionate about crypto, data-driven outreach, and building meaningful B2B connections? We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who knows how to navigate the fast-moving Web3 space and help us grow our pipeline with high-quality, relevant leads.

 

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Research and identify potential clients, partners, and investors within the crypto/DeFi/Web3 ecosystem
  • Qualify prospects based on ideal profiles (funds, DAOs, protocols, exchanges, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and BD teams to support outreach and campaign strategies
  • Manage lead databases and ensure CRM is clean, structured, and up-to-date
  • Assist with outbound campaigns: cold emails, LinkedIn, Twitter DMs — whatever works in Web3
  •  

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in crypto, fintech, or SaaS
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Notion, or Web3-native platforms
  • Excellent research skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent English and clear communication
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset — you take ownership and make things happen
