About Us: We’re building the next evolution of skill-based competition platforms, offering players real-money gaming experiences that reward skill, not luck. Our product is fully compliant and tailored for the North American market. We’re now looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with deep knowledge of the US and Canadian gambling ecosystems, especially someone who knows how to bring in quality affiliates.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify, engage, and onboard high-performing affiliates to promote our platform across the US and Canada
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from outreach to negotiation and closure
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Stay on top of North American iGaming trends and the competitive landscape.e
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align offers and messaging for affiliate campaigns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Native English speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in affiliate sales, business development, or partnership roles in the iGaming industry (real-money or skill-based)
  • Deep understanding of the North American iGaming market, including legal and regulatory nuances
  • An existing network of affiliates or media partners is a strong plus.
  • Self-starter who can operate independently and deliver results
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with platforms like Triumph, Skillz, or similar
  • Experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition
  • Multilingual (mainly Spanish or French) is a bonus.
