Product Owner/Product Manager Offline

FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.
We develop innovations in the field of gambling and betting through a complex multi-component platform which is capable to withstand enormous loads and provide a unique experience for players.
FAVBET Tech does not organize and conduct gambling on its platform. Its main focus is software development.

We’re looking for an R&D Product Owner/Product Manager in Kyiv to join our team to work on the development of a new, innovative product in the fields of CRM, ERP, and Retail.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of the business case, product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product in line with business objectives and compliance standards.
  • Ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, align goals, and ensure the execution of the product development plan.
  • Development of functionality to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducting comprehensive market, competitor, and user research to identify optimal solutions that meet business needs.
  • Development and testing of hypotheses and product ideas, creating and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure effective product growth.
     

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager, with a focus on ERP, CRM, or retail products.
  • Proven track record of launching products from scratch.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Experience successfully driving products from concept to market release.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment with shifting priorities.

Would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of processes and operational activities in land-based casinos.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
