Digital Marketing Manager (B2B/B2C Lead Generation) Offline

Specializing in successful startup collaboration, we offer services across e-commerce, Fintech, logistics, and healthcare.

 

Key Requirements:
🔹 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (preferably in B2B/B2C IT or Distribution)
🔹 Proven expertise in lead generation across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta platforms
🔹 Hands-on experience with performance marketing (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
🔹 Ability to build and optimize funnels for different customer segments
🔹 Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing automation tools
🔹 Familiarity with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive)
🔹 Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

 

Will be a plus:
🔹 Experience working with international tech companies or startups
🔹 Understanding of the IT distribution market or SaaS space
🔹 Knowledge of SEO best practices
🔹 Experience with lead scoring and intent-based marketing platforms

 

What you will do:
🔹 Launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
🔹 Develop and execute lead generation strategies for both B2B and B2C segments
🔹 Analyze campaign performance and adjust based on KPIs
🔹 Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and offers
🔹 Build and segment email lists, manage email marketing workflows
🔹 Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
🔹 Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders
