Senior IT Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to become a key player in our business development efforts. You’ll work across multiple outbound channels, lead and mentor a lead ge team, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.

YELK is a web development outsourcing agency that provides scalable digital solutions for SMEs and enterprise clients across the EU and the USA. We specialize in delivering custom web development, design, and AI integration services.
 

Our sales engine is already rolling with two 2 channels and 2 dedicated lead generators:

  • Upwork: 3 Top-Rated Plus accounts targeting different technologies.
  • LinkedIn: 3 active accounts for outreach and lead generation.
  • Email: Warmed-up domains and full infrastructure for cold outreach.

 

Our Tech Stack:

  • Sales tech stack: Lemlist, HeyReach, Instantly, FullEnrich.
  • CRM & Tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage, mentor, supervise 2 lead generators, oversee KPIs, provide feedback, and optimize their performance.
  • Close Deals and work closely with Upwork lead generators—support bidding, qualify leads, and close contracts
  • LinkedIn Outreach guide the LinkedIn lead generation process using automation tools to book qualified calls
  • Run Email Campaigns. Launch and manage cold email campaigns based on ICP; iterate and refine based on data
  • Collaborate with PM, CTO, and delivery teams to craft proposals, estimates, and pre-sales materials
  • Maintain sales reporting process and present performance updates to CEO

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Familiarity with web development outsourcing (WordPress CMS, modern front-end frameworks, design principles, SDLC).
  • Fluent English with strong communication, presentation, and rapport-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of the full sales lifecycle and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Hands-on experience with GTM tools like Lemlist, HeyReach, Instantly, Clay, etc.
  • Proven track record in building and A/B testing outreach sequences and optimizing based on performance.
  • Experience in LinkedIn social selling and relationship-building strategies.
  • Familiarity with web development outsourcing is a big plus.
