In-house Recruiter for SEO Agency
Digital Traffic PRO is a fast-growing SEO & digital marketing agency founded by Ukrainians and working with clients in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our team is expanding quickly, and we’re looking for our first in-house Recruiter to take full ownership of the hiring process and help us build a strong international team.
This is a remote, full-time position with real potential to grow into a Talent Acquisition Lead / HR Manager role as the company scales.
✅ Key Responsibilities
• Set up and manage the entire recruitment pipeline from scratch
• Work closely with the founder to create clear and engaging job descriptions (you’ll always have detailed input on the role and ideal candidate profile)
• Source and screen candidates — mainly from Ukraine and Eastern Europe, but also German-speaking markets
• Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring steps with the team
• Manage and optimize candidate pipelines using Notion, LinkedIn, and other tools
• Collaborate with team leads to deeply understand hiring needs across departments
🧩 Who We’re Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of modern hiring processes and tools
• Confident English speaker (B2 or higher) — since we work with clients and sometimes candidates in the DACH region
• Experience hiring for digital roles (SEO, content, sales, etc.)
• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
• Excited about the idea of building a recruiting system from the ground up
💡 Bonus Points If You Have:
• Experience hiring in the German-speaking market
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g. Notion, Goodday, LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Understanding of digital marketing / SEO profiles
