What you’ll be working on:

  • Facilitate Scrum phases, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Support teams in effectively planning and executing their projects.
  • Build and foster company-level processes to increase overall productivity and efficiency, going beyond team management.
  • Assist in determining, measuring, and reaching OKRs and KPIs for each team according to the company’s business goals.
  • Keep an eye on the project’s status, make adjustments as necessary, and provide detailed reports on results.
  • Identify and manage risks throughout the entire project.
  • Foster collaboration with the Product, Marketing, and Development Teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication among team members and relevant parties.
  • Work closely with the product team to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Keep thorough documentation for easy access to all project-related information.
  • Conduct post-release and retro reviews to learn from the experience and find areas for improvement.


About you:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in software development environments.
  • Strong expertise in Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with Agile tools (Jira with automation, Confluence, etc).
  • Effective communication skills, capable of conveying information to both technical and non-technical professionals.
  • Robust organizational skills for efficient management of tasks, timelines, and budgets.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • English — at least Upper-Intermediate (position requires daily interaction with native speakers and discussing complex solutions.


Will be a plus:

  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Technical background.
  • Product company experience.

  1. Screening call with the Recruiter (45 minutes): Discuss the position and check basic competencies and culture fit.

  3. Technical interview with CEO, CTO, and Technical Product Manager (up to 2 hours): Detailed сase approach to identify experience, technical skills, and core competencies.
  4. Referral: Recommendations from the previous workplace.
  5. Final Interview with CEO and Technical Product Manager (up to 30 minutes): Summarize experience and assess alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
  6. Offer call with HR (30 min): Agree on final terms.
